Meet Jason Personal Trainer

I am active member of American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) & in the process of finishing a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science. I’ve been strength training for 14 years and with 9 years of experience personal training clients from beginners to experienced levels of fitness. I’ve had a diverse experience in sports throughout my youth, I played soccer for 15 years up through high school and I had the opportunity to play in college but chose to enlist in the United States Marine Corp. I also competed in track and field, cross country, and boxing in high school.
